How long will it take for my order to arrived?

Orders may take up to 2-5 weeks to arrive after they have been mailed out due to the COVID-19 situation affecting postal services globally. 

Can I track my order?

All orders will be shipped as standard letter mail, which does NOT include tracking. If you would like to opt for registered tracking, please contact me BEFORE making your purchase. Keep in mind that it may cost anywhere from $10 to $20 depending on your location!

What currency is the shop in?

It's in USD! 

What do the free goodies include?

Stickers, prints, unofficial photocards, oragami- you name it!! :D 

My order came damaged! What should I do? (╥_╥)

I'm so sorry to hear that! If you can provide evidence of damage for the product and packaging, I can either replace your order or offer you a refund! 

Would you be interested in doing an art trade?
